1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Express Shipping (2–3 business days): $24.99 flat rate.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier volume, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
4. Delays
Please note that unexpected delays can occur (weather, customs, carrier issues). We are not responsible for delays outside our control.
5. Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at raevopro@gmail.com with photos of the product and packaging.
